    Did you see how he cut that? Paper thin... and super fast! Half of the fun is watching and I'd suggest sitting at the bar with the best view if you're going to order this dish. Not that I'd ever get tired of sushi, but if you really are in the mood to expand your tastes, this is the dish to try. Sometimes the carbs in rice can make you feel a little heavy, but after the cucumber special, I left feeling like I just has a refreshing salad for lunch. You've got to check it out!
