    Bleu cheese crumbles on pork? Risky... but after trying it, I think it's a bold statement that this restaurant is willing to be different from all others. The risotto was delicious and left me wanting more of this terrific treat. I did try the Piattelli along with the dish and for the first time, I think I've started to understand "pairings". It was very good!
