    You know what's neat? Exploring. Chinese food... it's exotic. Though I've never ordered anything I didn't like, but I know I always order the same things (usually family style) and once-in-a-blue-moon, do I stray. Funny. By the looks of this, I probably would never have tried it unless someone else told me about it... but by the flavor of it, I would suggest that everyone needs to try this at some time. It's very different than what you'd expect (in a good way)! My only caution... it's almost like desert... and who eats shrimp for desert? Well, now... I do! If you're eating courses... have this come last, it's flavorful enough to keep it exciting.
