    Food is culture, and culture is fun to explore. I've learned that Cuban food is about appreciating subtleties, and that every flavor doesn't have to be blown out of the water with over spiced food. Not that I've ever been to Cuba, but sitting in their patio, I felt like I was taken to this tropical get-away and staying with an authentic Cuban family. It's a really neat experience.
