    Whoa! I heard this dish was created one day by mixing up some of the sauces for other dishes... and now it's THE most ordered dish on the menu. It was describe to me as "a mixture of all our favorites" and after eating it, I'd say its delicious. The heat doesn't overpower the flavors, but it's NOT for someone who doesn't like some spice!

    When I came here for the 1st time, I thought it was a Happy Hour Hangout. On the recommendation here, I decided to try it. A little spicy, but I have a new appreciation for their food. Yum.

    We would have never thought of going to Blue Agave without having won the Ultimate Chimichanga. We were sold at the chips & salsa, but were even more impressed when the chimi and the steak sandwich arrived. The spices were hot enough without being over powering, and the meat very tender. Wonderful service as well.
