The presentation of this espresso is absolutely beautiful, though it is not entirely unlike the intricate foam design I have seen at other cafes. What appeals to me in the video description of the product is the straight-forward explanation of what makes a coffee drink an espresso: the brewing method. Additionally, the video did effectively show the espresso in such a way that I was able to imagine the richness, flavors and texture of the drink. I was left wanting to taste the hints of flavor in the coffee described by the narrator. I would have liked to learn more about the other foods served that are mentioned in the written overview, but were not shown in the video. Also, I would like to understand in more detail what makes this a specifically African offering.

Christy, Press is one of my favorite places to get coffee. Let me tell you, Tom who will soon be focusing on the roasting aspects is a well versed and knowledgeable person to get to know. I think this is the blog he manages http://phoenixcoffee.wordpress.com/2010/01/16/phoenix-rising/ Press does offer another video of a specialty wrap. Please check it out! To answer Joel, this is for a bag of coffee... I tried to make it more clear in the (grey) description above. Thanks for noticing.
