Come try the pho and the spring rolls, which are 2 of the absolute favorites. We're brand new and have already had some amazing comments about the authentic food!

Food here was very good - many options to choose from, from pho to a jackfruit stir fry. Also, one of the few BYOB restaurants in the valley.

Saw this video and it looked so good that I brought my mom (who is Vietnamese) and dad to this spot. They LOVED it. We enjoyed everything - bánh bèo (steamed rice cakes with shrimp topping), bánh uot (rice flour rolls stuffed with grilled beef), bánh xèo (pork in a shrimp in a crepe), a soup called mi quang, and banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches). Super-friendly service and BYOB too.

I've always wanted to try Pho, but I never had. My husband and I (and my in-laws) went to Viet Kitchen and I ended up trying a few things that I never had before.

We tried so many new things, it was a blast. The grilled beef with noodles (or as an appetizer) is smoky, aromatic, and utterly addicting. The hot pot you see on the video, you can also do with coconut broth or vinegar instead of butter. Talk about cooked to order--simmering your own shrimp until just barely done then popping it in your mouth beats any 4-star hotel preparation. Try the coconut juice for just $3; they hack the top off a coconut & you drink the sweet liquid with a straw--if you ask, the kitchen will crack the shell so you can eat the meat afterward. VERY nice people.
